Kathy Moore – CEO
Kathy has over 17 years experience as a key leader and consultant in process improvement and successful implementor of transportation / logistics solutions. She is recognized as a leader in building and promoting best practices and helping companies deploy them. She has worked with both Fortune 500 companies and SMB firms. The combination of her industry leadership and best practices focus has allowed her to build unique tailored solutions for companies of all size. Those tailored solutions provide real leverage and acceleration, especially for the SMB firm. Kathy is a graduate of Georgetown University.
David Johns – Director of Solutions
David is a well recognized leader in Supply Chain Management with a particular focus in transportation / logistics management. Since his graduation from Duquesne University, David has held key positions at Fisher Scientific, Global Logistics, and Oracle. He has vast experience working with freight forwarders, logistics services providers, shippers, and distributors. He has led significant global roll out projects. David coauthored many Eminent best practices workflows implemented at various customers. David is responsible for Solution Content and Deliver.
Thomas Moore – Partner / Senior Solution Architect
Thomas has more than 12 yrs as an experienced consultant, 8 of those years specifically with OTM. His broad experience in building solutions in the Supply chain and Logistics areas and is recognized as a Senior OTM Strategist. He has provided successful architectural leadership on many complex projects and has worked internationally on key accounts as primary lead architect. Thomas is responsible for the technical assurance of EGI solutions and working with existing customers to identify and help our R&D team provide solutions for emerging requirements.
Hank Pitcher - Director of Operations
Hank brings 35 years of leadership experience to Eminent. He has held leadership positions with the U.S. Army, University of Texas Medical School and Alcon Laboratories. His Army career spanned 21 years culminating as the Inspector General for a major U.S. Army Command, retiring as an Lieutenant Colonel. Hank transitioned to the civilian sector effortlessly and worked for 7 years as a Human Resources consultant for the University of Texas Medical Branch where he was a leadership instructor. For the past 12 years, Hank has been employed by Alcon Laboratories, a division of Novartis, as an Assistant Director of Quality and Process Improvement. Hank has vast experience in Human Resources and Training, Lean Process Improvement and Business Process Mapping.Hank has an undergraduate degree from Iowa Wesleyan College and a Masters from University of Southern California.
Brian Casto – Director, Sales and Marketing
Brian brings 30 years of sales and marketing experience to Eminent. He has held sales leadership positions at IBM, Baan, SAS and AMD. Brian formed his own sales consulting company in 2005. He is skilled at building high performance sales and marketing teams focused on delivering high value to clients. Brian is a graduate of WV State.
